What is a Three Month Supply?

Honestly, we get this question a lot; a three month supply is whatever your doctor tells you to take in three months.  No post office or inspector will know what a three month supply is also.

Can I Buy More Than A Three Month Supply At A Time?

This question is tricky, and it depends really.  In most cases ordering a three, six, or even a nine-month supply of medications will not pose a problem. Still, we reserve the right to request additional shipping charges if the order is too large to cover their typical shipping fee. As some countries limit a maximum import of three months’ supply, we may have to split the package into separate shipments to meet this regulation. No, all items go into customs. It is normal for every country and package.

My item has been in customs for more than 2 days. Does this mean there is a problem?

No, not at all; packages go into customs depending on the country, can sit for up to two weeks or more at times.  During holidays or other issues, mail can be very slow to inspect or process, plus some countries take loads of mail and put aside until they have time to inspect them.  We have no control over the customs time frame, and any time in inspection does not indicate there is or is not any issue.  

Do your packages require a signature on delivery?

Yes, express mail and registered mail does require a signature.

Can I waive the signature requirement?

I paid with the BtcPay Processor, and it shows canceled why?

If you sent funds with the BTCPay processor and it shows canceled still, the most likely reason is that you underpaid.  It usually happens when you pay the USD order amount, NOT the BTC amount.  Each processor/wallet can value crypto coins. Differently, there are many different valuations.  So your wallet might have underpaid us as they value crypto coins differently then our system does.  Always remember to scan the QR code or pay the Crypto amount, not the USD amount. 

Our staff looks every day at the processor, and we can see any underpaid or late paid invoices.  When this happens, they talk to our manager; sometimes, if the underpayment is not large, we will ship your order and let you know to please pay the proper amount next time.  For example, if you paid the wrong amount due to paying in AUD over USD, where the underpayment is great, we refund or ask for more payment to complete the order.

BTCPay Processor takes a modern secure form or wallet called BEECH; the older wallets use BASE protocols.  If you try to pay with BTCPay and get an invalid wallet code, this means that your wallet only recognizes BASE wallets or what we call older legacy wallet codes. 

In this event, please put in your order for manual crypto coin payment, and we will email you a wallet code that you can pay with the older BASE protocols. 

What types of crypto coins do you take?

It can change, but we will take BTC (bitcoin, please be aware that Bitcoin (BTC) is not the same thing as BCH or BitcoinCash, do not send us BCH) ETH Ehterenum and Litecoin or LTC.  If you want to pay with ETH or LTC, please use a Manual Crypto coin to check out. My Credit Card Was Refused, Why?

Credit Cards can be refused for several reasons, many of which are out of both your and our control. When you place an order with a credit card, the information you submit goes directly to our merchant bank, at which point it is tested through various frauds. The following are the main.

Reasons For Decline Transactions:

If the billing and shipping address are different: in this situation, the card-issuing bank may stop the transaction to avoid suspect fraud cases.

It is also a possibility that your bank has declined the transaction because it’s an international transaction.

Using our one processor, the bank declined the transaction because it converts to a crypto coin.  

If you are using a card from a different state (or country) where the card was issued: This happens if your card was issued at your address, but you are using the same from a different state or country. In such a case, you may contact us and place the order.

As you can see, there are many channels your transaction must pass through before it is accepted, and if there is a problem with even one of them, your entire transaction for your online medication will be declined. In the event it is declined, please give us a mail to confirm the order. Please note that some banks will require your authorization after they accept the charge from our company. For example, if you usually use your card only in the USA and your bank suddenly sees a transaction from overseas, they may think that the transaction is suspicious and wish to speak with you before allowing it to go through. My Echeck Was Refused, Why?

The most common reasons for an Echeck order to be declined are the following:

  • The name on the account does not match the bank information. If your name is legally James, for example, and you go by the name Jim, and you put in an order for Jim Smith, this will be declined as your bank account is under James’s name.  Please use the proper bank billing name.
  • The address on the billing does not match the bank account holder’s address. It happens when people put their shipping address instead of their bank billing address.  The billing address must match your bank account information.  We will ship to alternate addresses just put in your proper billing address, and put in the ship-to address. 
  • An account is too young; if it is a new account, it might not have the proper historical data on it for our processor to use it.
  • You are not using a real bank account; for example, you could be using a GreenDot, which is not a real commercial bank.
  • You are using a credit union; some credit unions do not work with this echeck processor.
  • Your account has a bad history due to other cancelled charges or NSF charges, and then the processor will reject this order.
  • Your account codes, routing, or account numbers are input wrongly; please correct and put in a new order.

The Amount Charged On My Card Doesn’t Match My Order Amount; Why Is This?

It is quite possible, and the reason why is because some of our banks do not charge in us dollars but rather in other currencies such as the euro. Because the currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, the amount charged will not be exactly equal to what it shows on your invoice. It will show less in many cases as each day, and we undervalue the exchange rate to give you a slight discount before charging you. Of course, some banks also like to take their commission for these multi-currency transactions, and if your bank is like this, they may charge you extra fees as well. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything to avoid this. Still, if for some reason your credit card shows that you were charged much more than the amount you paid, please contact us and send in a copy of the statement (Fax Or Email) and will we do our best to rectify the matter by applying for an account credit.

It can also happen due to the processor adding fees, but they will tell you this at the time of order, so you might have to pay fees or charges to use credit cards so the amount on your statement will not match the product order amount on our site.

I Was Double Charged, Who Do I Contact About This?

If you were double charged, please accept our sincerest apologies. Sometimes there is a communication error between our website and the bank, and as a result, the website will automatically try again, causing a double charge. We will often notice this before you do and refund you immediately; however, if you notice the error before us, let us know, and we will issue the refund without delay.  Rarely does this happen?

My Online Medication Order Was Shipped, But The Tracking Numbers Are Not Yet Showing Up In The Courier Service; What Is The Problem?

When tracking information is sent to you, it is essential to note that it may not show up on the courier’s website until many days after shipping your order. In most cases, the package must reach the destination country (your country) before any tracking will be displayed. As such, you must be patient while your order makes its way around the world to you. Will My Order Be Refused Again Upon The Reshipment?

There is always a possibility that your order could be refused again, but the chances are very slim. Typically less than 1% of the orders we ship are refused by customs.

If My Order Is Returned To The Pharmacy, Can It Be Reshipped?

Yes and not, we can not reship returned products, but if your order was held or returned by customs, then yes, we will issue a reshipment and give you a new tracking code.  If the returned box was due to an invalid address or moved, for example, and the box was not forwarded, you will need to pay for another shipping.   The reshipment will be issued to the original address if it was rejected or returned, and you provide us the letter indicating it was done so.  

I Am Out Of Medications And Need Priority Processing, Can I Get This?

The fulfillment time, we have only our standard shipping options; there is no secret faster option, no matter how much to pay.   Please note that although we can guarantee that the order will ship right away (assuming that the products are in stock), We cannot guarantee that the shipping company will bring it to you without delay. Once we place the order in the mail, it is out of our control.

My Online Medication Order Is Later Than The Listed Shipping Times, Why Is This?

Unfortunately, you cannot. You may only cancel your order before it has been shipped from the pharmacy.

Please note that we do ship in small bubble envelopes or card boxes and do not enclose any literature about the products.  We do not list the products ordered on the outside of the packages.

How Can I Tell That The Online Medications I Ordered Are Legitimate?

All of our medications come with the original instructions and packaging that contains the lot number and expiry that can be cross checked with the manufacturer. Our generics also come in original packaging; however, most of the generics from India come only as the blister packs with the manufacturer information printed directly on the reverse of the blister. I Received Only Part Of My Order, Where Is The Rest Of It?

When you have a very large order, we may split the order into two or more separate shipments spaced roughly 2-3 days in which case you will receive the remainder of your order shortly after the first part has arrived.

The Medication That I Ordered Online Looks Different Than What I Am Used To, Why Is This?

This can and will happen when you order medication online from different countries, especially when you are ordering generics which can be manufactured by several different manufacturers. Because any company can manufacture a generic medication. Each company will use the exact same active ingredients, but the process of creating them may differ and thus, the shape, color, and size of the tablets or capsules may differ slightly to distinguish them from their competitors. This in no way affects the efficacy of the medications. All the medications listed / supplied by us are chosen after a rigorous auditing process.

I Was Unable To Pickup My Parcel, And It Was Returned To The Pharmacy. What Do I Do Now?

If your parcel was returned to the pharmacy for any reason, we can charge you shipping again and reship out your package, but as we do not keep the card details of our client, you need to contact us by mail to pay the shipping cost. If the consignment was returned to the pharmacy due to our fault, we will re-ship it without any charges. Please get in touch with us in either of the cases.

Can I Return My Medication After It Has Been Delivered?

The only instance in which you can return a medication after it has been delivered to you is if the pharmacy sent you the wrong medication or if the medication arrived damaged. In the event of both scenarios, the pharmacy will promptly reship the medication to rectify the mistake.

Under no other circumstances can we allow a product to be returned or refunded outside these scenarios.

I Received The Wrong Dosage Of Medication, What Do I Do?

Please contact us immediately. The correct medication will be promptly sent to you.  You might have received an alternate brand if your ordered items were not available. We do reserve the right to ship alternate brand name products with the same active ingredient.

It depends on countries.

Average standard shipping time through EMS/DHL is 15-22 Days, Please (Delivery may take 30 days from the date of Dispatch, due to any disruption in postal services due to weather issues or natural disaster, etc..)

Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

We are not a bulk shipper.  We ship personal orders.  There are bulk shippers out there that say they will offer free reship and such who do not, and they disappear after your order is held and you are out of your money.  We never abandon our customers. Do We Ship To Germany Or Switzerland?

We sincerely regret but we do not ship to Germany or Switzerland due to custom / delivery issues. However, most of our customers from Germany or Switzerland place their orders by providing us with a shipping address of England or France where we can deliver the order in an approximate time of 5-15 days. Please do contact us if you also have a shipping address in England or France.  We have started to ship more and more to Switzerland successfully.  But it depends on the product; you must know your local laws and rules.
